Happy Wednesday!! I don’t know about you but although I’m “feeling all the fall things” it’s still 90+ degrees here in Louisiana. And for those of us who live in this lovely part of the country, early fall is such a struggle. We desperately want to buy all the cute sweaters and boots, but also would like to not be a walking sweatbox. During this time of the year, I try to mesh some of my summer pieces such as this button camisole from Loft, with some light fall pieces like this knit kimono from H&M. I’ve gotten so much wear out of this kimono already and for only $25 its a STEAL. I wore it to a comedy show (styled in the picture below) with black distressed jeans and booties, and I even wore it at the beach with jean shorts and sandals. I picked up these booties a few years ago and can’t find the link but I did link some similar options. I can guarantee that this outfit will be on repeat until we finally get some cooler temps here in Louisiana!
This button front tank from Loft was purchased back in the spring and I would say it has, hands down, been THE most worn piece in my closet. It is lined so therefore, it’s not see through and is super versatile.
Fall is my most favorite time of the year and I can’t wait to start wearing sweaters, boots, and leggings. But in the meantime, hang in there with the heat, cooler temps are coming!
